The six steps
Each step of a campaign, from your brand foundation to delivery, and what you do at each.
- Step 1, the foundation boardThe foundation board shows your brand bible, your main customer and your product, and you confirm each one or say what's wrong before we make any pictures.
- Where we looked"Where we looked" on the foundation board lists every source we read your brand from, and says plainly what we couldn't open, like an Instagram that shows only about 12 posts.
- Your product photosEvery picture is built from your product photos, used exactly as you published or sent them, never edited or regenerated, and you can add more on the foundation board or by email.
- Sending your brand guidelinesSend your brand guidelines as a link with your order or a PDF on the foundation board, and where they disagree with your website, we follow them and show you the difference.
- Step 2, the brief boardThe brief asks who the campaign is for, what it's about, looks you love and the people in it, and "Let the AI decide" fills any question you skip.
- Step 3, direction and castPick a creative direction (or several, when your order has enough lifestyle shots) and one to three people, then choose Lock my picks or Show me another round with your notes.
- Your castYour cast are original people the studio creates for your brand, never real or famous people and never reused for another client, and each keeps the same face in every picture.
- Step 4, production roundsIn production the studio makes your pictures one asset type at a time, and on each board you keep, change or skip them and choose what happens next.
- UGC videosUGC videos are 6 to 30 second silent clips of your cast showing your product to camera, with English captions and an end card, and no voiceover, music or other languages yet.
- Step 5, sign-off and your finalsThe sign-off board shows every picture you kept once more, and you choose Approve to have them delivered as your finals, or I want changes to send some back.
- Step 6, deliveryDelivery happens by itself: once you approve your finals they land on your Files page, and a copy to your own Google Drive or Dropbox is optional and nothing waits on it.
- After delivery, feedback and the case study videoAfter delivery we ask a few short questions, and if you joined the case study, a short guided video completes your steps for the cashback.
