Your product photos

Every picture is built from your product photos, used exactly as you published or sent them, never edited or regenerated, and you can add more on the foundation board or by email.

Every picture of your product is built from your own photos and checked against them for label wording, shape, size and packaging. We use your photos exactly as you published or sent them, never edited or regenerated.

Add photos

  1. Step 1: Open your foundation board. A product with no photos shows We need product photos.
  2. Step 2: Add the whole product: the front, the back, a side, and open if it opens.
  3. Step 3: Share a Google Drive or Dropbox folder instead, set to "Anyone with the link can view". Paste the link in the last note on the board, or reply to your receipt email with it.

Phone photos are fine: daylight, plain background, no filters, up to 20 MB each.

The size picture

If your photos don't show its size, the board may ask which picture shows it at real size. Pick one, add a photo next to a coin, or skip it. See the size check.

What must never change

Open the product under Products. Under What must never change about this product?, press Add a line for each thing to keep exactly, like "The cap is always this exact color." Every later picture of that product is held to it.

New packaging, or better photos from your photographer? Send them through Help for the pictures still to come.

If that didn't work

  • An upload fails: see upload problems.
  • We can't edit a part, like a cap, into your photo. Send a real photo of the right version.
