The product size check

Pictures with a person and your product ask whether the size looks right, too big or too small.

Next to a person, your product should look the size it is in real life. Only you can be sure of that, so these pictures ask you. You can't send the board until every one is answered, except the optional size picture on your foundation board.

Answer the size question

  1. Step 1: Look at the product next to the person's hand and face.
  2. Step 2: Choose Size looks right, Too big or Too small under Product size.
  3. Step 3: Answer every one. The send button says "Answer 3 sizes to send" until you do, and pressing it jumps to the next one.

What each answer does

  • Size looks right lets you keep or change the picture as usual.
  • Too big or Too small sets the picture to Change, and it's remade at the right size. If you had already chosen Skip, it stays skipped.
  • If the studio answered one with you, the picture says so. You can still change the answer.

The size picture on your foundation board

Your foundation board may ask which picture shows your product at its real size. It's optional: pick one, add a photo next to a coin, or skip it. Nothing is typed. See product photos.

If that didn't work

If a remake is still the wrong size, answer again and say by how much, like "about half this size". If it keeps happening, ask through Help.
