How we check your product
Your actual product, checked on every frame.
The worry we hear most about AI images is simple: will it be my product? Here's exactly how we build each frame, what we check, and where it's still hard.
The photo we started from, and what came out.

- 01
Your photos, exactly as they are
We work from the photos on your product page or the ones you send. They stay byte for byte as you published them: we never redraw, upscale or touch up your originals.
- 02
Scenes built around your product
AI image and video models build each scene, the cast and the setting from those photos. The product is the reference for every shot.
- 03
A check on every frame
Before you see anything, each frame is compared with your photos: the words on the label, the shape and proportions, the size next to people, and the packaging, so no extra flaps, bands or wrong caps.
- 04
Remade before you see it
A frame that fails is remade automatically, at our cost. If it still fails, a person decides whether to fix it or drop it. Your boards only show frames that passed.
- 05
You check it too
On every board you pick Keep, Change or Skip. "Fix only my note" edits that exact picture instead of starting over. For shots with people, you confirm the size looks right before anything is delivered.
- 06
If something slips through
Choose Change on your board and tap "Label warped" or "Product looks off", with no note. It works the same for pictures, UGC ads and motion clips. Once our check or a person confirms it, we fix it free, up to two times, and it never counts as one of your rounds. If it's still off after that, a person fixes it by hand or we refund you that frame's price.
Where it's still hard.
These are the hardest things for any AI image model. We still make them, with the same checks, but they can take an extra round:
- Sheer or knit fabric
- Jewelry worn on the body
- Reflective glass and metal
- Detailed electronics
- Hands holding the product
For your main product page image and marketplace listings, use your own product photo. Use what we make for lifestyle, ads, banners and social.

See every questionWill it change my product?
It shouldn't, and we check. Everything is built from your own product photos, which you confirm before we start, and every frame is compared with them for label wording, shape, size and packaging before you see it. Only the scene, the cast and the setting are meant to change. Read more
Will my customers know it's AI?
Sometimes, and more often over time. The pictures rarely give it away, because your product is built from your own photos. But Meta, TikTok and Google can add an AI label on their own when a file carries an AI tag, and some places require a label, such as realistic AI video on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok, or ads with an AI-made person under New York law. What if a frame gets my product wrong?
If any image changes your label, logo or packaging, we redo it free or refund you. A real person replies within one business day. A frame that fails our checks is remade before you see it. If one still gets a product detail wrong, choose Change on your board and tap "Label warped" or "Product looks off", with no note. It works the same for pictures, UGC ads and motion clips. Once our check or a person confirms it, we fix it free, up to two times, and it never counts as one of your rounds. If it's still off after that, a person fixes it by hand or we refund you that frame's price. Read more
What doesn't work well yet?
Sheer or knit fabric, jewelry, reflective glass, detailed electronics and hands holding the product are the hardest for AI image models, so they can take more tries. Every frame still goes through the same checks before you see it. Read more
