What we collect
What you give us when you order: your brand name, homepage, product pages, Instagram handle and email.
What we gather from those public pages to make your work: product photos, page text, colors and fonts, and recent public Instagram posts.
Your choices and notes on our review boards, your feedback, and, if you choose to share one, your testimonial (a quote or a video). Testimonials are collected and hosted with Senja.
Payment is handled by Stripe. We see that you paid and your receipt email, never your card number.
How you use the site: pages visited, clicks, page speed, errors, and recordings of visits. Form fields are hidden in recordings, and on your account pages your text and images are hidden too. We use PostHog for this.
How we use it
To make and deliver your campaign, to email you when there's something to review, and to improve the studio and fix what breaks.
The work we make may appear in our portfolio as described in our terms, and you can opt out. Your name, face and quotes only appear if you opt in.
Who we share it with
Services that help us make and deliver your work: AI model providers that generate images and video, Stripe for payments, Google Drive or Dropbox for delivery, PostHog for site analytics, Senja for testimonials, and our hosting provider. We don't sell your data.
Google Drive and Dropbox
If you give us a delivery folder in your account settings, you share that one folder with us in Google Drive or Dropbox, so we can add your finished files to it. We only use it to add files: one new folder per campaign. We don't delete anything in it, and we can't see the rest of your Drive or Dropbox. To stop, remove our access in the folder's sharing settings (or remove the folder in your account settings) at any time.
How long we keep it
We keep your work and order details while your account is active and for up to two years after, so we can redeliver files. Ask us and we'll delete them sooner.
Your choices
Reply to any of our emails to see, correct or delete your data, or to opt out of portfolio use.
