Using your boards
A board says it was already sent
A board is answered once, so if someone else sent it first, it says so and shows what was sent, and anything new goes on the next board or through Help.

Why it happens
Everyone on your account sees the same boards. A board is answered once, and the first answer sent is the one the studio uses.
If it's sent while you have it open, you'll see "This board was just sent, by the studio or from another device." Press See what was sent to see the answers.
The studio can send a board for you when you're working on it together. You see a note at the top of the page while the studio is in your account. See studio access.
Adding something you missed
- Put it in your notes on the next board.
- Or ask through Help, and a person at the studio picks it up.
A board you thought you'd finished
Another round of the same step is a new board, like "Direction and cast · Round 2". Check the title: it's a fresh board made from your last notes, not the old one coming back.
