The studio can open your account to help you, you see a note while it's there, and every change it makes shows in your history as made by the studio.

Your terms say:
To help with your account, our studio team may view it. They change something only with your request, and any change they make shows in your history as made by the studio.
The studio can open your account to help you, for example when you ask a question through Help.
What you see
While the studio is in your account, a note at the top says "The studio is in your account helping you." It also says whether they're only looking or can send a board for you. If they send a board, whoever sends first is the answer.
What changes look like
They change something only with your request. Things the studio might do with you: answer a size question, set up your delivery folder, or send a board you asked them to send.
Every change shows in your history as "By the studio", and we email you a short note.
Want something changed?
Ask through Help. A person at the studio picks it up.
When and what
Only while a person at the studio is helping you, and a note at the top of your pages says so. Most of the time they only look; they can send a board for you only in that session. The studio never changes your billing, your card, your delivery folder or your account details.
