Your account history
The History on your Account page lists what changed on your account and who did it, marked "By you" or, when the studio changed something to help you, "By the studio".

What it shows
Each line has the time, what changed and who did it: By you or By the studio. You'll see things like delivery folder changes, a board the studio sent for you, and questions you passed to the studio ("Asked the studio for help").

Your terms say:
To help with your account, our studio team may view it. They change something only with your request, and any change they make shows in your history as made by the studio.
So any change the studio makes shows in your history as made by the studio. We also email you a short note when it happens. See studio access.
Something you don't recognize?
Ask through Help, or reply to the studio's email. A person explains what happened.
