Emails about an order you placed always come: order confirmation, board ready, delivery, refunds and security notes. If you placed the order, board-ready and delivery emails always come, so you can turn off everything else and still know when a board is waiting. Your settings are yours alone: turning yours off doesn't change anyone else's.
What each one is
- Reminders: one reminder when a board has waited two working days. See board reminders.
- Campaign updates (team members): board-ready and delivery emails for a teammate.
- Ideas for your next campaign: now and then, a note about what to make next.
- Seasonal planning: a heads-up before big retail moments, early enough to order.
- Offers: your welcome code and the occasional offer.
- Product news: new formats and features, at most once a month.
If that didn't work
Texts are separate: reply STOP to stop them. See live updates.
