The Help assistant
Press Help, with the chat bubble, at the top of your Campaigns, boards, Brands, Products or Files pages. The assistant can see your campaigns, boards and recent account history, never anyone else's.
Ask it things like:
- Where is my campaign at?
- How do Keep, Change and Skip work?
- Where are my files?
It answers from these help articles and from what your account shows right now, and points you to the right page.
What only a person can do
The assistant can't issue refunds, change prices, promise dates or change your account. It only talks about your campaign and the studio.
For those, and whenever it can't settle something, it passes your question to a person, who replies by email. We'll get back to you as soon as possible. It does the same when something is broken or when you ask for a person. You'll see "Asked the studio for help" in your account history. See your requests.
Other ways to reach us
- You can always reply to any email from the studio. A person reads it and answers.
- Logged in, press Ask the studio on any help article to send a question straight to a person.
- Not logged in? Search these articles, or reply to your receipt email.
