Getting started
Log in to your account
Log in with Google or a link we email you, using the email you ordered with, and ask for a new link on the log-in page if one expired or never came.

- Step 1: Go to Log in.
- Step 2: Type the email you ordered with and press Email me a sign-in link. Or press Continue with Google if that's how you claimed your account.
- Step 3: Open the email and press the link on the same device.
There's no password. A sign-in link works once and expires after an hour.
If the link expired
Ask for a new one on the log-in page. If you see "That sign-in link has expired or was already used", that's all it means.
If you see no campaigns
You're probably logged in with another email or Google account. Use the email you ordered with: it's the one on your receipt. Sign out from your account menu, then log in again with that email.
Two logins are never joined automatically. If you ordered with a work email and later log in with a personal one, they stay two separate logins, and only the first sees your campaigns. To log in with a different address from now on, ask through Help and a person moves your sign-in. See changing your email.
If that didn't work
- No email after a few minutes? Look in spam or promotions. See emails not arriving.
- "Too many sign-ins in a short time"? Wait a few minutes, then try again.
- Lost the email you ordered with? A person at the studio can move your sign-in. See change your email.
