Troubleshooting
Emails not arriving
If board-ready or sign-in emails aren't arriving, look in spam or promotions, make sure you use the email you ordered with, and turn on texts or browser notifications as a backup.

Check these
- Step 1: Look in spam or promotions. Mark our email as not spam, or add our address to your contacts, so the next ones arrive.
- Step 2: Use the email you ordered with. Sign-in links only go to an email with an account.
- Step 3: Check Email for updates on your Account page. That's where campaign news goes.
- Step 4: Check your email settings. Board-ready and delivery emails always come, but reminders can be off.
Use a backup
Turn on texts or browser notifications under Want live updates? on a board. See live updates.
You can always check
Your Campaigns page shows when a board is waiting for you, email or not.
Which address we use
Board emails go to Email for updates on your Account page, and sign-in links go to the email you ordered with. Your boards still open without the email: sign in and open Campaigns.
If that didn't work
Ask through Help, or reply to any studio email, and a person checks your address.
