Upload problems
Images can be up to 20 MB, videos 200 MB and PDFs 25 MB, 12 files at a time, and for anything bigger you paste a link instead.

The limits
- Images: up to 20 MB each.
- Videos: up to 200 MB.
- PDFs can be up to 25 MB.
- Up to 12 files at a time.
Fix a failed upload
- Step 1: Read the message under the box. It names the file and the problem.
- Step 2: Shrink a big photo by saving a smaller copy, or trim a long video.
- Step 3: Share the file in Google Drive or Dropbox instead, as "Anyone with the link can view", and paste the link in the board's note.
Too big or the wrong type? Paste a link to it instead.
Files a board can't take
Slide decks and other file types can't be uploaded on a board. Save them as a PDF, or share a link. For product photos, see product photos.
If that didn't work
If every upload fails, reload the page and try again. Still stuck? Ask through Help.
