Troubleshooting
A page won't load, an upload fails, a file won't open, or an email never came.
- A board or page won't loadIf a board won't open, press Try again or reload, check you're logged in with the email you ordered with, or try another browser (your choices stay saved).
- Upload problemsImages can be up to 20 MB, videos 200 MB and PDFs 25 MB, 12 files at a time, and for anything bigger you paste a link instead.
- A file won't open or playIf a delivered file won't open or play, open it again from your Files page for a fresh link or try another app, and tell the studio if it's really broken so we replace it.
- Emails not arrivingIf board-ready or sign-in emails aren't arriving, look in spam or promotions, make sure you use the email you ordered with, and turn on texts or browser notifications as a backup.
