While the studio works
What happens after you send a board, how long it takes, and how we tell you it's ready.
- After you send a boardAfter you send, the working screen shows what the studio is doing and about how long is left, and you can close the page because we email you when the next board is ready.
- When your next board will be readyA round takes about a minute or two per picture (longer if one is made again after our quality check), the working screen counts down the time left, and we email you when it's ready.
- Why you got some pictures now and the rest laterPictures that pass the studio's check come to you right away and the others are made again, so you sometimes get part of a round now and the rest on their own board.
- Rush orders and launch datesThere's no rush option and no promised finish date, because the studio starts each round the moment you send a board, so answering each board soon after it opens is what speeds things up.
- Live updates by email, text or browserUnder "Want live updates?" on a board or the working screen, choose how you hear that a board or your delivery is ready: email, text message or a browser notification.
- Board remindersIf a board waits two working days, we send one reminder email, and you can turn reminders off under Reminders in your email settings.
- Something looks stuckIf a round stalls, the working screen says "This is taking longer than usual", your answers stay saved, the studio is told on its own, and we email you the moment your board is ready.
