While the studio works
Why you got some pictures now and the rest later
Pictures that pass the studio's check come to you right away and the others are made again, so you sometimes get part of a round now and the rest on their own board.

Why it happens
Every picture is checked against your real product before you see it. When some pass and some don't, you get the ones that passed now, and the others are made again. The rest follow on their own board.
That way you're never kept waiting for the slowest picture.
What you do
Answer the board you have, as usual. When the rest are ready, a new board opens and we email you.
If a shot keeps failing
A picture that keeps failing the check is set aside, never thrown away. The studio keeps it and learns from it.
If one shot keeps failing the check, the studio sets it aside and a person looks at it, instead of showing you something that isn't right.
