While the studio works
When your next board will be ready
A round takes about a minute or two per picture (longer if one is made again after our quality check), the working screen counts down the time left, and we email you when it's ready.

Reading the time left
The working screen shows "About 6 min left", or whatever this round needs. That's the studio's estimate: about a minute or two per picture, a little longer when a picture doesn't pass our quality check and is made again. Video rounds take longer than pictures.
We email you the moment it's ready, at any time of day.
When it runs late
- "Taking a little longer than usual: the last pictures are being checked" means you're nearly there.
- "This is taking longer than usual" means something slowed down. Your answers are saved and the studio has been told.
Working to a launch date?
There's no rush option, and answering each board soon after it opens is what speeds things up. See rush orders and launch dates.
When to tell us
If the time left has run out and nothing has changed for half an hour, ask through Help. The assistant can see your round's progress and pass it to a person. See something looks stuck.
Hearing when it's ready
Email always comes. Texts and browser notifications are optional. See live updates.
