While the studio works
Something looks stuck
If a round stalls, the working screen says "This is taking longer than usual", your answers stay saved, the studio is told on its own, and we email you the moment your board is ready.

What you see
- "Taking a little longer than usual: the last pictures are being checked": normal near the end of a round.
- "This is taking longer than usual": something slowed down. Your answers are saved and the studio has been told. We email you the moment your board is ready, so you can close the page.
What the studio does
The studio's checks watch every round. When one stops moving, a person is told and restarts it. Nothing you chose is lost.
What you can do
- Step 1: Reload the page once, in case it lost its connection.
- Step 2: Close it if you like. The next board opens by itself and we email you.
- Step 3: Ask through Help if the time left has run out and nothing has changed for half an hour.
The studio watches every round
When one stalls, it's flagged on its own and often fixed automatically, and anything it can't fix goes to a person.
If that didn't work
If a board won't open at all, see a board won't load.
