Getting the changes you want, fixing a product that looks wrong, and what we never make.

Your changes come firstWhat you ask for on a board wins over your earlier choices, your brand guidelines and the studio's defaults, and the working screen's "Your changes" list shows what each request changed.
When your product looks wrongIf your product's label, look or size is off, choose Change and tap Label warped or Product looks off with no note, and we check and fix it free, UGC and motion too, using no round.
When a person looks wrongWhen a hand, face or body looks off, choose Change, pick Keep this picture, fix only my note and say what's wrong.
Text and logos on your picturesHeadlines, captions and logos we place on a picture never cover a person or your product, and to change the words, write the exact wording you want in your note.
When you don't like what you seeIf a board isn't what you hoped for, mark the pictures Change and say what's off, or ask for another round of directions, and if it still isn't right you can ask for a refund.
What we never makeWe never make anyone under 18, explicit, violent or hateful content, a real or famous person, another company's logo or health claims your brand hasn't approved, and we never change your real product.
Changing your briefYou can change your brief for free until you lock your direction and cast, and after that your changes go in as notes on your boards, within your included rounds.
Revision roundsA round is one board of changes within the direction you approved, each asset type includes 2 of them, and anything beyond your order is quoted before we start it.
