Changes and quality

What we never make

We never make anyone under 18, explicit, violent or hateful content, a real or famous person, another company's logo or health claims your brand hasn't approved, and we never change your real product.

These hold for every campaign, even when asked. Your terms say:

We don't make anyone who is, or looks, under 18 (under 21 for alcohol and cannabis brands); nudity or sexual content; violence, weapons aimed at people, gore or self-harm; hate symbols or hateful messages; illegal drug use; or the likeness of a real or famous person, or another company's logo.
If you ask for one of these, we tell you and leave that part out, and the rest of your order goes ahead. Every picture is checked before you see it, and a picture that fails the check is never shown or delivered.

What that means for your campaign

  • People. We never copy a real or famous person, even from a photo you send. Your cast is always original. Pictures of people you like only guide the feel. See your cast.
  • Claims. No health, medical or effect claims beyond the ones your brand has approved. Have approved wording? Send it in your notes or through Help, and captions use it as written.
  • Other brands. References give us the feel. We never copy another brand's ad or use its logo.
  • Your product. We never change your real product. Its shape, cap, label and size come from your own photos. To show a new version, send real photos of it. See product photos.

When a request hits one

We leave that part out, and the rest of your order goes ahead. The working screen says "We can't do that", why, and what we can do instead. See asking for changes.
