You can change your brief for free until you lock your direction and cast. Nothing is made from the brief itself: it shapes the directions and people on your next board, and that board is where your change goes in. Sent the brief and that board isn't open yet? It opens by itself when it's ready, and we email you.
On your direction and cast board
- Step 1: Choose Show me another round.
- Step 2: Write what changed in the notes: "launch is for summer, not the holidays".
- Step 3: Send the board. Your next directions and people are made from your notes.
Your new notes win over what the brief said. See your changes come first.
After you lock
After you lock, changes go in as notes on your boards, within your included rounds. Use Notes for the next round on a production board for anything that applies to every picture. Each asset type includes 2 rounds of changes. See revision rounds.
If that didn't work

- Step 3, direction and castPick a creative direction (or several, when your order has enough lifestyle shots) and one to three people, then choose Lock my picks or Show me another round with your notes.
- Your changes come firstWhat you ask for on a board wins over your earlier choices, your brand guidelines and the studio's defaults, and the working screen's "Your changes" list shows what each request changed.
- Revision roundsA round is one board of changes within the direction you approved, each asset type includes 2 of them, and anything beyond your order is quoted before we start it.
