Extra fingers, a strange hand, a face that looks off, or someone who doesn't look like the person you cast: all of these get fixed on the board.
Fix one part of a picture you like
- Step 1: Choose Change on the picture.
- Step 2: Pick Keep this picture, fix only my note.
- Step 3: Write exactly what's wrong: "six fingers on her left hand", "older, in her 50s", "his face looks different from the cast".
- Step 4: Send the board. We fix just that, in the same picture.
Choose Change on that picture and say what's wrong in the note. Skip just drops the picture. See writing good notes.
Your cast stays the same
Once you lock your cast, each person keeps the same face in every shot. If someone drifts, choose Change and say so in the note, like "her face should match the cast". See your cast.
If that didn't work
Same problem after two remakes? Ask through Help and a person at the studio looks at it.
