What's included

Each asset type includes 2 rounds of changes. When you send a board, the box shows where you are, like "Round 1 of 2."

Your terms say:

Each asset type includes two rounds of changes. A round is one set of notes you send asking for changes to that asset type, and an edit to a single picture counts as a change too. If you want another round after that, your board shows its price first (25% of that asset type's price on your order). Nothing for that round starts until you approve and pay for it in the app.

What counts as a round

Feedback on work within the direction you approved. A new direction or a different product is new scope, and we confirm that with you first.

Wrong product? Choose Change and tap Label warped or Product looks off, with no note. That's a free fix that uses no round: we check it and fix it free, up to 2 times per picture or clip, UGC and motion included. A typed note makes it a normal change. See when your product looks wrong.

If anything we deliver doesn't match what you approved, we fix it free, outside your rounds.

After your rounds

Another round is 25% of that asset type's price on your order. Your board shows the price, and nothing starts until you approve and pay it.

Extra finals or anything else outside your order are quoted before we start them.

For more finals, ask through Help or add them to your order. A person quotes anything outside your order before it starts. See adding more assets.
