When you don't like what you see
If a board isn't what you hoped for, mark the pictures Change and say what's off, or ask for another round of directions, and if it still isn't right you can ask for a refund.

Tell us what's wrong, in your own words. That's what the next round is made from.
On a production board
Mark the pictures Change and say what's off. "Too dark and moody, we're bright and sunny" or "the room looks cheap, we're a premium brand" gets you much further than "don't like it". Mark the ones you do like Keep, so we know what's working. See writing good notes.
Not sure what's wrong? Tick The look and feel and say how it should feel instead.
On the direction and cast board
None of the directions or people feel right? Choose Show me another round and say what's off. You get new options from your notes. See direction and cast.
What you ask for comes first
What you ask for wins over your earlier choices and the studio's defaults. Each asset type includes 2 rounds of changes. See revision rounds.
Still not right?
Ask through Help and a person at the studio looks at your board with you. 30-day refund for any reason. See the 30-day refund.
