The six steps
Step 5, sign-off and your finals
The sign-off board shows every picture you kept once more, and you choose Approve to have them delivered as your finals, or I want changes to send some back.

Nothing is delivered that you haven't approved. The sign-off board shows every picture you kept on your production boards, unchanged.
Approve your finals
- Step 1: Look through every picture. Each one starts on Keep, and the counter at the top shows how many finals you have and how many are still to go.
- Step 2: Answer any Product size questions. A picture with a person and your product needs "Size looks right" to be a final.
- Step 3: Choose Approve to have the pictures you kept delivered. Or choose I want changes. Set a picture to Change and tell us what to change, and we remake it. Set it to Skip and we drop it, no note needed. Pictures still to go get new shots in the next round.
- Step 4: Send the board.
What counts as a final
A final is a picture you approve on the sign-off board. It counts toward the number in your order. Other versions stay on your boards as watermarked previews. Only the finals you approve are delivered at full size. See do I keep the pictures I didn't pick?.
A sent board can't be unsent, so mark changes before you send.
After you approve
Your finals land on your Files page by themselves. See delivery.
If that didn't work
Pictures you send back go through another production round. See revision rounds.
