The six steps
Where we looked
"Where we looked" on the foundation board lists every source we read your brand from, and says plainly what we couldn't open, like an Instagram that shows only about 12 posts.

What we read
- Your website and each product page on your order: the words, colors, fonts and every product photo.
- Instagram: your latest posts, for your look and voice. We aim to read 30 or more.
- Your brand guidelines, if you sent them. They're the final word.
Your customer profile comes from the same places: who your website, products and posts speak to.
When we couldn't read something
The section says so plainly, like "Instagram: we could read only 12 of your latest posts". Instagram shows visitors only about 12 posts, and we need 30 or more for a full read. When that happens, we work from your other sources, and you can send screenshots of your grid by replying to any studio email.
If a page wouldn't open, it says "we couldn't open it". No website or no Instagram? That's fine: we work from what you've sent us. A private Instagram can't be read at all, so send screenshots of your grid or your brand guidelines instead.
Something's missing
Choose "Something's missing or wrong" and add the details in the last note on the page. The studio gets in touch.
