What you get
Each video shows one of your cast with your product, in short, silent clips with animated captions and an end card. No voiceover: the captions carry the message. It's a video style, not a real customer's review.
Sound and languages
Videos are silent: no voiceover and no music. They carry on-screen captions in English, and all copy is written in English. Voiceover and other languages aren't offered yet. If you need sound or another language, ask in Help so we know. We count every request when we decide what to build next.
You choose the length when you order, from 6 to 30 seconds. The price depends on the length.
How they're made
- Videos come during production, after the pictures they're built on.
- First you see a storyboard: the hook, the story and the captions, to pick from and edit.
- Then you review the clips and the finished cut on boards, like the rest of production.
Videos take longer than pictures to make, so a video round has more time left on the working screen.

- Step 4, production roundsIn production the studio makes your pictures one asset type at a time, and on each board you keep, change or skip them and choose what happens next.
- What's in your orderYour order lists each asset type and how many finals you bought, and each production board shows how many are left, like "4 of 10 product shots left in your order".
- Your castYour cast are original people the studio creates for your brand, never real or famous people and never reused for another client, and each keeps the same face in every picture.
- What's newWe announce new features and formats in the Product news email (at most once a month, only if you turn it on), and our roadmap shows what we're building next.
