The guided video, for the case study
If you opted in to the case study at checkout, your delivery email has a Start here link: a few questions and a short guided video about your experience.
You earn the cashback by completing the steps, whatever you say. Honest feedback counts the same, good or bad.
When the cashback is paid
Once your order is finished and you've given the score, the written feedback and the video, we pay back 15% of what you paid, up to $100. See case study cashback.
Your permission
We only publish your name, your face, your quotes or your results if you join the case study or say yes in writing.
