Finding your files
Every final we've delivered is on your Files page, where you open or download it, or get a whole campaign as one zip.

Open or download
- Step 1: Go to Files in the menu.
- Step 2: Find the campaign. It lists its finals with their asset type.
- Step 3: Click a picture to open it in a new tab, or press Download under it.
- Step 4: Press Download finals to get the whole campaign as one zip. See download everything.
The Files page shows your approved finals and your originals.
Why a link stops working
File links last 10 minutes, to keep your files private. If a link you saved stops working, go back to Files and click again for a fresh one. That's also why our emails link to your Files page, never to the files themselves.
How long they stay
Your finals stay on Files for as long as you have an account.
If that didn't work
- "No files yet": your finals show up as soon as your first campaign is delivered.
- A file won't open or play: see a file won't open.
