Files and delivery

Paste a folder link instead

If you can't connect an app, paste a Drive or Dropbox folder link on your Account page and share that folder with the studio's delivery address with edit access.

Updated · 1 min read

Use this only if your company doesn't let you connect apps to Google Drive or Dropbox. Files arrive when we copy them over, not on their own.

Set it up

  1. Step 1: Open Can't connect? Paste a folder link instead on your Account page.
  2. Step 2: Paste the link to a folder, not a single file, and press Save delivery folder.
  3. Step 3: Share the folder with the address shown on the page. Press Copy address to copy it.
  4. Step 4: Share it with edit access: Editor in Google Drive, Can edit in Dropbox. Viewer isn't enough.
  5. Step 5: Tick I've shared it with edit access and save.

We make one new folder per campaign inside it, and we never delete anything.

What the status means

  • Saved. Share it with us next: share the folder, then tick the box.
  • Shared, waiting for our check: we'll check we can add files.
  • Connected: you're set.
  • We can't add files yet: check the folder is shared with edit access, then save again.

When files arrive

With a pasted folder link, files arrive when we copy them over, not on their own. Make sure you share that folder with us with edit access.

If that didn't work

The page explains a link it can't use, like a single file or a Google Doc. Copy the folder's own link from its Share button.
