Get the right size
- Step 1: Open Files in the menu and press Download on a file, or Download finals for the whole campaign.
- Step 2: Read the end of each file name for its shape and pixel size, like 4x5_1080x1350.
- Step 3: Ask in Help if you need a size you don't see, so we know.
Shapes by asset type
Each asset type comes in the shapes its placements use:
- Product shots and lifestyle shots: 4:5 for feeds and 1:1 for square spots.
- UGC videos: vertical 9:16 MP4 files, silent, with captions.
- Meta ads: one standard size for feed and stories.
- Covers and banners: one layout in every platform size, from the website hero and email header to Facebook, X and LinkedIn covers.
- Motion: a short product loop or animated banner as a video file.
File types
- Images are full resolution, usually PNG or JPG. Videos are MP4 files, ready to post.
- Each picture is one flat image, so there are no layered PSD files to edit.
- Your finals carry no watermark. Drafts on your boards are watermarked previews.
- There's no separate 4K or print size on the order page. Ask through Help if you need one, and a person tells you what's possible.
File names
File names start with your brand, the campaign and the asset type, then a short shot name and the version, and end with the shape and pixel size.
We don't post or schedule anything for you. You get the files, ready for each placement.
