Where are the alternates and the other versions?

Drafts and alternates on your boards are watermarked previews, only approved finals come at full size, and orders before 2026-10-15 keep every version in 03 All generations.

Drafts and alternates

Drafts on your boards are watermarked previews to help you choose, alternates included, and only the finals you approve are delivered at full size. To keep a picture you passed on, approve it as a final at sign-off or ask for it on your next board. See do I keep the pictures I didn't pick?.

Orders placed before 2026-10-15

  1. Step 1: Go to Files in the menu and find the campaign.
  2. Step 2: Press Everything we made.
  3. Step 3: Wait while the zip is prepared. It saves by itself.

On orders placed before 2026-10-15, the zip has 01 Finals, 02 Selects, 03 All generations and 04 Originals.

  • 01 Finals: the finals you approved, by asset type.
  • 02 Selects: every picture you kept on a production board, by round.
  • 03 All generations: every version from every round, including ones you passed on.
  • 04 Originals: the product photos, guidelines and uploads you sent.

On those orders, a connected Google Drive or Dropbox folder gets the same four folders. See connect Drive or Dropbox.

If that didn't work

If it says these files aren't available, ask in Help and a person checks it. A big campaign with videos takes longer to prepare. If it fails, see downloading everything.
