- Finding your filesEvery final we've delivered is on your Files page, where you open or download it, or get a whole campaign as one zip.
- Downloading everything at onceDownload finals gets one campaign as a zip and Download all campaigns gets every delivered one, and zips with videos can take a few minutes.
- Where are the alternates and the other versions?Drafts and alternates on your boards are watermarked previews, only approved finals come at full size, and orders before 2026-10-15 keep every version in 03 All generations.
- Connect Google Drive or DropboxPress Connect Google Drive or Connect Dropbox on your Account page and pick a folder, and every file we make for you lands there as it's made.
- Paste a folder link insteadIf you can't connect an app, paste a Drive or Dropbox folder link on your Account page and share that folder with the studio's delivery address with edit access.
- File sizes and formatsEach asset type comes in its placements' shapes (product and lifestyle shots 4:5 and 1:1, UGC videos 9:16, banners in every platform size), full resolution and ready to post.
- Sharing files with your team or agencyShare your files through your own Google Drive or Dropbox, or send the zip from your Files page, because board access stays with your account's own login for now.
