Downloading everything at once
Download finals gets one campaign as a zip and Download all campaigns gets every delivered one, and zips with videos can take a few minutes.

Get the zip
- Step 1: Go to Files.
- Step 2: Press Download finals on a campaign, or Download all campaigns at the top when you have two or more.
- Step 3: Wait while it says Preparing your zip. It saves by itself when it's ready.
Videos can take a few minutes; keep this tab open.
What's inside
One folder per campaign, then one per asset type, with each file named for its shot and version. The zip is named after your brand and campaign.
On orders placed before 2026-10-15, Everything we made also downloads every version, your picks and your originals. See everything we made.
If that didn't work
- "We couldn't prepare the zip": press Try again, or download the files one by one.
- If it still says preparing after 12 minutes, tell us in Help and a person rebuilds it.
- On a slow connection, download the files one at a time from the same page.
