Connect
- Step 1: Open your Account page and find Delivery to your Drive or Dropbox.
- Step 2: Press Connect Google Drive or Connect Dropbox, and log in there. You come right back.
- Step 3: Choose a folder. In Google Drive, press Make a new folder for me or Pick a folder in my Drive. Dropbox uses our own app folder.
- Step 4: Look for Connected to and your folder's name.
Every file we make for you lands there as soon as it exists, one folder per campaign. Files made before you connected are copied over too, which can take a few minutes for a big campaign. In Dropbox, look under Apps, then our app's folder. We keep the same copy in our studio's Drive.
We can only see the folder you choose in Google Drive, or our own app folder in Dropbox. We never delete anything.
Change or stop
- Needs reconnecting: press Connect again and approve access. Files we already delivered stay on your Files page.
- Use a different folder moves future files to a new folder.
- Disconnect stops new files. What we delivered stays yours.
If that didn't work
- "Sign in first": reload the page, log in again in the same browser, and press Connect again. Connect from our main web address while logged in; the page tells you if you need to continue there.
- "Connecting isn't switched on yet": use your Files page for now.
- Your company blocks connecting apps? Paste a folder link instead.
