Your order
What's in your order
Your order lists each asset type and how many finals you bought, and each production board shows how many are left, like "4 of 10 product shots left in your order".

Where to see it
- Your Account page lists each campaign with its finals, like "10 product shots".
- Your Billing page shows what each order included and what you paid.
- Each production board shows how many are left, like "4 of 10 product shots left in your order".
Keep more than you have left? Your keeps are saved, and the studio asks you before adding the extras to your order at the same menu prices. They never count as finals without your yes.
The asset types
- Product shots: packshots, heroes and details, true to your real product. They show the product, usually with no words on them.
- Bundle shots: two or more of your products together in one frame.
- Lifestyle shots: your cast using the product in real moments.
- UGC ads: short, silent videos where your cast shows the product to camera. See UGC videos.
- Social posts: feed posts and stories that work as one grid, designed to carry words and graphics.
- Banners and covers: a web hero, an email header and social covers from one design.
- Meta static ads: built around one clear message, in one standard size for feed and stories.
- Motion loops: short product loops and animated banners.
How finals are counted
What you pay for is what we make: the asset types, quantities and video lengths in your order. A final is a picture you approve at sign-off.
