The six steps

Step 1, the foundation board

The foundation board shows your brand bible, your main customer and your product, and you confirm each one or say what's wrong before we make any pictures.

Every campaign starts from three things: who your brand is, who it's for, and what your product looks like. Nothing gets made from this page.

Check each part

  1. Step 1: Read Your brand bible: colors, fonts, voice and look. Choose Looks right, or Change something and say what.
  2. Step 2: Read Your customers. Your main customer is who most pictures are for. Choose That's them, or Fix this and say what's off, like "they're 20 to 35, men and women". Your fix wins over what we found and carries into your cast.
  3. Step 3: Decide on each sub-group: make content for them too, fix them, or skip them.
  4. Step 4: Check Your product and its photos. Choose Looks right, or Fix this and say what's wrong.
  5. Step 5: Check Where we looked. See where we looked.
  6. Step 6: Send the board.

"Make content for this group too" means some of your pictures may speak to that group. It doesn't add to your order.

Where your brand guidelines and anything else disagree, we follow your guidelines. See brand guidelines.

If that didn't work

  • Photos missing or wrong? See product photos.
  • Spot a mistake after sending? Fix it on your brand's page: open Brands, then Edit brand bible. Product details are on each product's page.
