The six steps
Sending your brand guidelines
Send your brand guidelines as a link with your order or a PDF on the foundation board, and where they disagree with your website, we follow them and show you the difference.

Send them
- Step 1: Add a link when you order: choose We have brand guidelines and paste a Google Drive, Dropbox or Google Slides link.
- Step 2: Upload them on your foundation board instead, under Your brand bible, as a PDF up to 25 MB or as images.
- Step 3: Share a link for a slide deck or a bigger file, set to "Anyone with the link can view", and reply to your receipt email with it.
How we use them
Your guidelines come first. Where they disagree with your website or Instagram, we follow your guidelines and show you every difference. Their colors, fonts and rules go into your brand bible, which you can check and correct any time on your brand's page under Brands.
Your notes win
If you ask for something different on a board, your request wins for this campaign. A later board may ask whether to make it a rule for every campaign. See asking for changes.
If that didn't work
If we couldn't open your link, the foundation board says so under Where we looked. Upload the file there, or share the link again with view access. See upload problems.
