Privacy and your data

We keep your work and order details while your account is active and for up to two years after, so we can redeliver files, and we delete them sooner if you ask.

What we keep

  • Your order, your choices and notes on boards, and the files we made.
  • A copy of everything we make for you, so we can redeliver it and keep improving the studio.
  • Help searches, and questions to the assistant, that found no answer, without your name or account, so we can write the missing answers.
  • A screenshot you attach to a request. It is stored privately with that request, only the studio's team can open it, and we don't remove the photo's location data.

Where copies live

  • Your Files page.
  • The studio's own Google Drive.
  • Your own Drive or Dropbox folder, if you connect one. We can't see anything else there.

How long

We keep your work and order details while your account is active and for up to two years after, so we can redeliver files. Ask us and we'll delete them sooner.

Help chat conversations

Your help chat conversations are saved for 12 months after your last activity in them, so you can pick them up again. You can delete any conversation from the help panel. The studio's team can read them to improve our answers. Like the rest, they're in your data export.

Who sees it

The studio's team, and the services that help make and deliver your work, like AI model providers, Stripe for payments, and Google Drive or Dropbox. Other clients never see your work or your account. We never train AI models on your photos or finals, and we don't sell your data. See your photos and AI. We show your work in our marketing only with your permission.

Your choices

  • See it: Download my data, under Your data on your Account page, saves your details, brands, products, campaigns, rules, board answers, help chat conversations, requests and links to your files as one file.
  • Delete it: Request deletion, in the same place. A person does it by hand and confirms by email. See moving or deleting your account.
  • Correct it: reply to any of our emails.

How we use it

We use your work and order details only to make and deliver your work, and never to train AI.
