Your terms, word for word

Once your order is paid, you can use the finals you approve, up to the quantity in your order, for any lawful purpose: ads, your website, packaging, social posts, print and pitch decks, in any country, for as long as you like. You don't need to credit us or pay us again.

That covers your ads, your website, email, packaging, social posts and marketplace listings. You don't need to credit us or pay us again.

We give you every right we have in the work. AI-made images may not be protected by copyright everywhere, so we can't promise that nobody else could ever make something similar. We can promise that we won't use your work, or your cast, for anyone else.
Drafts and alternates on your boards are previews to help you choose and give notes. They're watermarked and smaller, and they aren't licensed for use. Only the finals you approve are delivered at full size.

Your cast

The people in your images are original, AI-generated characters made for your brand. They aren't meant to show any real person and don't need model releases. If one looks too much like someone real, tell us and we'll change or remake it at no cost.

If something looks like someone else's

If you believe something we made uses your likeness, your work or your trademark without permission, whether or not you're our customer, email nick@thegoodguys.la. We'll reply within 2 business days and stop delivering the work while we look into it.

When the license ends

Work that's refunded is no longer licensed for your use. That only happens when you ask for the refund, which is a 30-day refund for any reason.

Anything else

Want to resell the pictures themselves as stock, or need an exclusive or custom license? Ask through Help first, and a person answers.
